I won't go there again
Room we were given was not what we booked (No kitchette, feet from the highway) so would have been less stars but they were able to move us to unit 5 (a great ocean side one with a kitchenette) as of day 2. However, this move lost us the day we were going to go to Bonaventure island. If we had had unit five from the get-go I'd have given it 4 stars. The stairs to walk down to the beach and from there over to Perce rock are just down the street.
Low price. Nice place. No mention of a shower curfew until after I payed. Toilet didn't stop running after flushing. Water ran for an hour. At least make rules clear before booking. Neighbor across the street has a lawn ornament that made birds chirping sounds all night. One star because the location is great and the decor and paintings are nice. Would get 2 stars if the mattress was comfortable. It cuts off circulation because of the low quality, much like a thin couch bed mattress does. More stars if the shower curfew wasn't taped over the bathroom sink. Also, as mentioned by other reviewers even 8 and ten months ago, the shower doesn't work properly. I would have payed the extra 20$ to get a room in the hotel section of the property, had I known the shower curfew was in effect.
Good location & room. Beautiful sunset from our window in room 4!
